Flying Together

Seagulls symbolize males and butterflies symbolize females. I made them fly to the same direction. Flying Together represents their harmony, how they get along very well on earth.
Watercolor technique, applique, trapunto, punch embroidery were used. It was my very first try on hand dying fabrics.
Flying Together displayed at various local exhibitions in Turkey.
