• Selma Doğan for representing Turkey eight times in international exhibitions.

20 of our quilters participated in a block exchange with Napa Valley-California.

The Cultural Minister Istemihan Talay visited our studio at 24 March 1999 to congratulate the success of our group at the AQS show and contest.

Our exhibition called "The Story of A Quilt" in Septemeber 1998 was opened by the Cultural Minister Istemihan Talay and Mrs. Lale Aytaman.

We exchanged 20 blocks in April with both guilds which are leaded by Linda M. Poole (Pennsylvania) and Judith Berendete (Hungary). We have received their blocks as well.
